ExchangeOf course, part of the fun and pleasure in collecting brewery items is exchanging with other collectors and thus occasionally meeting other collectors from around the world. I frequently exchange with the people listed below and from them have received some very special, and even antique items for my collection. I am sure they would be happy to hear from any other fellow collectors. Although I would like ideally to build a specialist collection of glasses from former communist courtries and republics of the former USSR, this has proved to be particularly difficult, therefore my collection has diversified and now contains glasses from all over the world, from USA to Japan, from Finland to Zambia and from Spain to Malaysia. |
The bulk of the collection consists of glasses from Germany, where I lived for several years, closely followed by glasses from Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Estonia and Poland, countries that I frequently visit, and in which I have particularly good exchange partners and friends who often join me on "beer glass safari" when I visit them...usually very lively and entertaining events!!! Should any visitor to this homepage have any for sale or exchange, I would be most interested to obtain glasses from the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Poland, Russia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Yugoslavia and any African, Asian or South American countries.
